ALBANY, Ga. -- An Albany man is wanted for questioning in connection with a June murder at 1205 Citrus Court, stated an Albany Police Department report.
"Detectives would like to question 25-year-old Travis Lamar Williams in reference to the homicide of 24-year-old Shandreka Watson." said Phyllis Banks, police spokeswoman. "The APD investigations bureau would like to solicit the community's assistance with locating him as a person of interest."
Williams is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. His last known addresses are 1213 W. Gordon Ave. and 504 Florence Ave.
According to previous reports, whoever murdered Watson did so in front of her 15-month-old son. He was unharmed.
On July 20, the Watson family offered a $5,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder.
