"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing" -- Edmund Burke.
I am told a paraphrase from the Bible is: "When good men do nothing, nothing good gets done."
So, where do you stand? Do you unquestioningly accept the answers from people that can gain from halting an investigation? Or do you raise questions? Do you not see an accident to avoid potential need for a court appearance? Do you allow a women to be beaten because you do not want to get involved? Do you allow the theft of your neighbors goods?
Come on. "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country." It is time the politicians, and everyone else be held accountable. If we aren't willing to do it, it will only get worse. It isn't snitching. It's telling the truth and holding those that would violate our trust accountable. It's hard for a thief to sell something, if honest men won't buy it.
