Spurlin convicted in court today

Albany - An accused child molester was convicted after a jury deliberated for less than an hour.

Montravious Spurlin, 20, was facing charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, sexual battery and simple battery.

The victim was the 7-year -old daughter of Spurlin's girlfriend.
