Hal Clement, MF, Sr., Bainbridge

WHY HE'S HERE: Runner-up for Herald Player of the Year. Named Region 1-AAAA Player of the Year, and to All-Region First Team. Served as Bearcats team captain and led Bainbridge to 12-2 record with 26 goals and 10 assists. Finished as school's all-time leading scorer with more than 60 goals.

Alex Benjarano, F, Sr., Bainbridge

WHY HE'S HERE: Named to All-Region 1-AAA First Team, second-leading goal scorer for 12-2 Bearcats team with 16 goals and 7 assists.

Jordan Karn, F, Sr., Lee County

WHY HE'S HERE: Named to All-Region 1-AAAA First Team, led Trojans with 7 goals, 4 assists and was named team captain.

Jonathan Jones, F, Jr., Deerfield

WHY HE'S HERE: Named to GISA Class AAA All-State First Team and Region 3-AAA First Team. Led Knights with 17 goals and 4 assists, team captain of 9-9 team that reached the state quarters one year after a dismal 2-15 record.

Collin Dennis, D, Jr., Deerfield

WHY HE'S HERE: Named to GISA Region 3-AAA First Team, top defender for Knights' team that went 9-9 and made state quarters one year after 2-15 record, scored three goals and led way in five shutout wins.

T.J. Clay, F, So., Sherwood

WHY HE'S HERE: Named to GISA Class AAA All-State First Team, led Eagles in scoring and assists.

Bridger Ferrell, CB, Sr., Westover

WHY HE'S HERE: Voted All-Region 1-AAA Defender of the Year, scored six goals and had 15 assists, signed with Darton College, led Westover to 12-4-2 record, Sweet 16 at state.

Sagar Patel, MF, Sr., Westover

WHY HE'S HERE: Voted All-Region 1-AAA Midfielder of the Year, tallied nine assists and 20 goals (second on team) and helped lead Westover to 12-4-2 record, Sweet 16 at state.

Corey Walter, GK, Sr., Westover

WHY HE'S HERE: Voted Region 1-AAA Goalkeeper of the Year, averaged 1.69 goals against per game on the season, notched one assist, scored two goals and helped lead Westover to 12-4-2 record, Sweet 16 at state.

Seth Landis, MF, Sr., Americus-Sumter

WHY HE'S HERE: Led Panthers in goals (13) and assists (6), named co-Player of the Year in Region 1-AAA at midfield position and was First Team All-Region selection.

Asuncion Barrios, D, Jr., Bainbridge

WHY HE'S HERE: Bearcats' top defender, named to All-Region 1-AAA First Team.
