GOP Convention scheduled in April

AMERICUS, Ga. — The 2nd District convention of the Georgia Republican party will be held in Americus on April 15 and 16 at the Windsor Hotel and the Rylander Theater.

The convention begins with a cocktail reception at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 15, at the Windsor Hotel. Saturday’s sessions begins with breakfast at 9 a.m. at the Rylander Theater with the actual business meeting beginning at 10 a.m. A luncheon at 12:30 p.m. at the Windsor will close the session.
