One player could possibly win $244 million in tonight's Mega Millions drawing.
That comes out to $9.3 million, before taxes, for 26 years. Or, the winner can choose a lump-sum pre-tax payout of approximately $155 million, according to Georgia Lottery Corp. officials.
The top prize in the multi-state game has been growing twice a week since Feb. 1, when players in Indiana and Michigan split a $45 million jackpot.
The jackpot for Wednesday's Powerball drawing is $101 million.
