Starting at 5 p.m. today, applicants can log onto the University of Georgia's web site to learn if they have been accepted for the fall semester.
UGA President Michael Adams stated Thursday that about 18,000 applications were received for the 5,000 available slots.
Adams further stated that the list of accepted students are expected to represent every county in Georgia. Academically, admitted students will have GPAs in the 3.8 range in addition to high 1200s on the SAT math and verbal sections.
