Theatre Albany brings Woodstock to town

ALBANY, Ga. — Theatre Albany is conducting Woodstock, its spring fundraiser, this evening at Shackleford House.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. and continue through 9:30 p.m. and feature music from the Woodstock era. Expected to perform at Meyer’s Mill Band, Tommy Coleman and Jackie Ryan, Steve Strowbridge, Sandy Hardy Meadows and more.

The event will also feature dinner, a silent auction and Woodstock trivia games. Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed hippie outfits.
