'Dance in it' to raise funds for area counties

ALBANY -- The annual Pritchett/Pippin Dance Recital to benefit the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County will take place May 25-26, 7 p.m. at Albany High School, 801 Residence Ave..

Kathy Hall Hawkins and the Prichett -- Pippin Dancers will present "If the Shoe Fits ... Dance in it." In addition to showcasing local youth and their talent, the event will raise funds for the numerous community service projects in Dougherty and Lee counties that the Kiwanis Club of Dougherty County sponsors.

"Please come out and support this performance." Todd Butler, Kiwanis of Dougherty County fundraising chair. "Every ticket sale represents a helping hand in the Dougherty and Lee County communities."

Tickets for the events are $10 a seat. All seats are reserved. Tickets will be on sale at the AHS auditorium.
