AAAC College arts invitational opens

A reception for the Southwest Georgia College Art Invitational will take place 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday at the Albany Area Arts Council headquarters in the Old Carnegie Library, 215 N. Jackson St.
The reception is to showcase up and coming artists from the Southwest Georgia region. Schools participating in the event are Albany State University and Valdosta State University. This is the council
