ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 33 incidents Tuesday into the early hours of Wednesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Aggravated assault, attempted armed robbery: Two black men, one armed with a long gun, tried to rob a man after he left his vehicle on the 2900 block of Sylvester Road;

— Entering autos on the 600 block of Sands Drive, the 600 block of Fifth Avenue, the 1000 block of West Residence Avenue, the 1200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 200 block of Sunset Lane, the 100 block of Sunbeam Lane and the 700 block of Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Disorderly conduct on the 600 block of Tulsa Lane;

— Thefts by taking on the 700 block of West Society Avenue, the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 1700 block of Northwood Drive;

— Forgery on the 2800 block of Wilmar Lane;

— Simple battery on the 2600 block of Jackson Street;

— Inhumane treatment of two dogs on the 1900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Animals at large on the 800 block of Moultrie Road;

— Possession of a firearm on the 1000 block of West Lincoln Street;

— Child molestation on the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue and the 1400 block of South Van Buren Street;

— Assaults (domestic) on the 800 block of Willie Pitts Road and the 2300 block of Beachview Drive;

— Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 2200 block of Jackson Street;

— Domestic disturbance and simple battery on the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road.
