ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 41 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Theft by taking on the 2400 block of Dawson Road, the 1000 block of Blakely Court, the 600 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 600 block of West Residence Avenue;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 100 block of Merritt Street and the 900 block of Willowood Drive;

— Child molestation on the 2000 block of East Broad Street;

— Disorderly conduct, a fight on the 2600 block of Cardinal Street and the 100 block of Telfair Avenue;

— Burglary on the 300 block of Telefax Road and the 300 block of Wells Avenue;

— Simple battery on the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue;

— Recovered property, a disabled firearm on the 1800 block of West Highland Avenue;

— Acquiring gas without paying on the 300 block of South Oakridge Drive;

— Armed robbery, no injuries reported on the 600 block of Johnson Road;

— Drunken driving on the 500 block of Clark Avenue;

— Domestic on the 800 block of Crepe Myrtle Court;

— Domestic (unfounded) on the 600 block of West Second Avenue, the 2500 block of Hilltop Drive, the 100 block of Collins Street and the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.
