ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 30 incidents Tuesday into the early hours of Wednesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 300 block of Merritt Street;
— Burglary on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive, the 1100 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 700 block of Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Theft by taking on the 600 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Entering auto on the 100 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Injured person on the 2000 block of Madison Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 700 block of Jordan Street;
— Reckless conduct on the 100 block of Marie Road;
— Vandalism (domestic) on the 300 block of Grant Place;
— Domestic (unfounded) on the 100 block of Almond Drive, the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue, the 1200 block of Radium Springs Road, the 900 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 2200 block of Gillionville Road, the 2000 block of Beachview Drive and the 2300 block of Evergreen Drive.
Dougherty County police responded to at least 20 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
— Family violence on the 3300 block of Twinflower Road;
— Vehicle crash on Georgia Highway 300 at Doles Road.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to 50 calls on Tuesday. There were 50 medical calls, nine trauma calls and one other type calls.
The chief complaints of the medical calls: five chest pain, seven respiratory issues, four seizure calls, two mental health calls, one miscellaneous pain calls, one possible stroke, one cardiac arrest and 19 various medical calls. The trauma calls: four auto crash victims, four falls and one lacerations. Other type calls are typically standby or transport for other agencies.
LEE SHERIFF: Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to at least 37 calls.
Deputies responded to calls including:
— Entering auto on the 100 block of White Horse Drive;
— Assault on the 1500 block of Highway 19 with follow- up to incident;
— Disturbance on the 900 block of Lovers Lane Road;
— Two vehicle crashes on the 1500 block of Highway 19;
— Assault on the 100 block of Wisteria Lane;
— Missing person on the 100 block of Century Road;
— Vehicle crash on the 1900 block of Ledo Road.
Albany firefighters responded to 53 calls including:
— Eight fire prevention programs, two vehicle fires, 12 activated alarms, two kitchen fires, five assist EMS, three unattended cooking, remove road hazard, medical assist, a trash fire, two pet rescues, three false alarms, two unauthorized burns, three power lines down, two electric shorts, three vehicle crashes, a trash bin fire, a tree fire and a gas leak.
