Now is the time for all good citizens to get out and vote. I can assure you all the other citizens are voting to promote their own goals, so why won’t you?
Yes, it is a small election, but we have gotten into the mess we are in by ignoring the small votes and then giving up on the big votes. Take the time to get educated on what’s on the table, then vote your conscience. At least you will have done something besides sitting back and complaining.
Do you really think those intending to profit from some part of SPLOST or who the mayor is aren’t out there at least voting, if not campaigning? The time to get control over your tax dollars is now, before the referendum, individual or initiative is ever voted in.
