ALBANY, Ga. — A south Albany convenience store was the site of a break-in Monday, but not through a door or a window.
At 5:30 a.m. Monday, a suspect used a vehicle to go through the west wall of Havmor Food Store at 2200 West Gordon Ave.
Officers responded to the location in reference to an active alarm. Upon their arrival, they found that some unknown person(s) had broken through the wall of the business with a vehicle. It was undetermined at the time if anything had been taken from the location.
Authorities are looking for a burgundy Honda with extensive front-end damage that is likely connected to the incident. The wall was undergoing repairs Monday afternoon to seal up the hole.
