CAMILLA -- Vickie Beatrice Musgrove Sawyer, 58, of Milford, died Tuesday, September 06, 2011 at Willson Hospice House in Albany.
Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, September 8 at Milford Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Preston Wilson will officiate.
Pallbearers include Mark Cook, Chuck Walker, Dallas Rogers, Wesley Webb, Curtis Weldon, Jr., and Stephen Parker.
Born July 19, 1953 in Douglas, GA., Mrs. Sawyer was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Robert Musgrove.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Sawyer of Milford; one daughter, Shannon Powell and husband, Christopher, of Leesburg; two sons, Scott Butler and wife, Becky, of Leary and Shane Butler and wife, Amanda, of Leary; her parents, Jimmy and Nolie Sweat Musgrove of Newberry, Fl (formerly of Poulan, GA); three sisters, Peggy Parker and husband, Steve, of Sylvester, Susie Weldon and husband, Curtis, of Newberry, FL, and Dana Baker and husband, Jimmy, of Middleburg, FL; six grandchildren, Dallas Rogers, Dakota Butler, Lillian Butler, Lacie Butler, Katie Butler, and Ethan Powell.
Visitation will be from 11 am - 12 pm, Thursday, one hour before services, at the church.
Memorials may be made to Willson Hospice House, 320 Foundation Lane, Albany, GA 31707.
