COLQUITT -- Mr. Billy Joe Chapman of Colquitt died Friday, September 9, 2011 at Phoebe Putney Hospital. Funeral services will be Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Cory Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at the Colquitt City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 pm Sunday, September 11, 2011 at Colquitt Funeral home.
