ALBANY — Hundreds turned out Thursday to help raise funds for a local person fighting cancer as a part of the annual Cancer Ties event.
The event, a silent auction and general fundraiser at Doublegate Country Club, helped raise money to help Haley Tennyson fight the disease.
Those still wishing to donate can send a check to Cancer Ties, Inc., P.O. Box 71812, Albany, GA 31708.
