Well that's better than loading them up with drugs and guns.

How about just loading them up with knowledge and ethics that can actually help them earn a living? It isn't a holding cell where they are supposed to be entertained. They are supposed to be able to think and understand, only utilizing the computer as a resource, not a means. Without knowing how to add, your in big trouble when you run a store and the lights go out and you exceed your USP capacity. How many folks can add up, adjust and estimate their grocery bill in their head? How about figuring taxes and tips in your head? Not too many recent graduates can do that. Problem is, they should be able to do just that.

No it's not 'Somebody'. They should be loading them up with educators who know how to teach! Why spend our tax dollars on laptops and they can't even read to operate the thing? This is beyond ridiculous and just proves how inept the school system truly is.

Darn Muunshine...I mean Muunlite, you make it sound like they would be better off with drugs and guns. Lay off of Somebody, he or she was just saying there are worse things to give to the students. Calm down, take a chill pill, relax, drink some booze, but don't worry about it. Geez....
