ALBANY, Ga. — Alvin Cross, 21, is the last Crips gang member on the loose after the August RICO crackdown on the Crips gang in Albany, according to Albany Police Department reports.
Atarius Davis was reported on the run earlier with Cross, but he was arrested and charged under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization statutes after he turned himself in Sept. 7, the report added.
At last report, 56 leaders of the Crips gang, including Cross, were charged under the racketeering statutes, which could add 25 years to sentences on underlying crimes such as aggravated assault, armed robbery or rape.

If he makes it out of prison if found guilty he will be an old man.
