Mr. Elijah (Johnny) Toson and Ms. Deborah Toson of Albany

are pleased to announce the engagement of their

daughter Andre’Nita Checoby Toson of Atlanta to Antwan

Curcell West. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman West

(Patti) of Dawson, GA.The bride elect is the granddaughter

of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Rambo (Pinkie) and Mr. and Mrs.

Huley Moultrie and Mr. Freddie L. Toson, Sr. of Albany. She

is a graduate of Westover Comprehensive High School, a

2007 graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor

in Biology, and a 2011 graduate of Morhouse School of Medicine

of Public Health in Epidemiology. She is employed as

an Epidemiologist at the Georgia Department of Public

Health.The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Lelie Mae

Cody and Mrs. Sarah Brazier and Mr. Willie J. Cody, Jr. He

is a 2001 graduate of Westover Comprehensive High

School and a 2005 graduate of Albany technical College he

is employed at the Marine Corps Logistics Base. The wedding

is planned for September 22, 2012 in Albany, GA.
