ALBANY -- Leslie Thomas, who had been wanted since January for financial transaction card fraud, turned herself in over the weekend.
Thomas, 34, turned herself in at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, officials with the Albany Police Department said Monday. She had been wanted for nine counts of financial transaction card fraud.
Earlier this year, after conducting an investigation on the 1000 block of Netherland Lane in reference to a fraud case, police said Thomas had used a debit card without authorization and conducted nine separate transactions.
