ALBANY -- Mr. Rossie Batten, Jr. of Albany died Monday, April 9, 2012 at the Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete but will be announced later by Martin Luther King Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends at the 2011 West Broad Avenue.
