Albany Police Department officers are looking for four black men in connection with a 12:10 a.m. shooting at 201 Patrol Drive.
A police report stated that the men shot Harold Lawrence in the stomach and took off in a white Lincoln Town Car and a black Ford pickup.
Lawrence, 43, had answered a knock to his residence door. He did not open the door and told the men his son "Lil Cap" was not home. They shot through the door injuring Lawrence. He was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Crime stoppers is an anonymous tipline. People with information could become eligible for cash rewards.

Any City with a diverse population has the same problems. Look at Washington DC or New York or Chicago. Even with the strictest firearms laws, there are still shootings. Gonna keep happening until the Police shoot back accurately, and without prejudice or fear of retribution.

When millions are crammed into a small area, such as the cities you mention, I do expect such. But we sure have a lot of shoot 'em ups for a city of 78,000, don't you think? You have to find them to shoot them--our police don't get a chance to shoot accurately with most of these folks.
