ALBANY -- Vera J. Williams, 85, of Albany died on April 13, 2012. Funeral services will be held on April 17, 2012 at New Testament Baptist Church with Rev. Kendrick Barlow officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams attended the Worth County Public Schools. She was a member of New Testament Baptist Church.
Survivors: a daughter, Margaret Cook, Willie (Velisha) Jackson, Albany; five grandchildren: Keesha Jackson, Tracey Powell, and Shayna (Derrick) Green, Albany, Carton (Shirlene) Cook, Moore, OK, and Cameron Jackson, Marietta, GA; five great-grandchildren: Shyi'metrius Jones, Savon Cook, De'ldeja Greene, SaDerrick J. Noird, and Carleyssa Cook; one brother, Robert Lee Jackson, Sylvester; one goddaughter, Janice (Bill) Collier, Palm Coast, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
