ALBANY -- Authur Davis Perry, Jr., 62, of 211 Gillionville Road, died April 15, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM at Union Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. J. A. Severson, officiating. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
A native of Albany, GA, Mr. Perry was a graduate of Monroe High School Class of 1969, served in the United States Army, worked in the Dougherty County School System, and was a member of the Union Missionary Baptist Church.
Mr. Perry is survived by his wife, Flora Perry; three daughters: Katrina, Kenya Perry and Jalessa Perry; four sons: Arthur D. III and Adrian Perry, Markus Smith and Terrance Wallace; three sisters: Mackie (Clarence) Pittman, Girlish Wimes and Sheila (Donele) Banks of Jacksonville, FL; one brother, William King; six grandsons, two granddaughters, and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
