SANFORD, Fla. (AP) — A judge says George Zimmerman can be released on $150,000 bail as he awaits trial for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

The judge says there is a possibility Zimmerman will be allowed to go out of state because of worries about his safety, but details need to be worked out among the attorneys and law enforcement.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester says Zimmerman cannot have any firearms, drink alcohol or use drugs and must observe a curfew. Zimmerman will also have to wear an electronic monitoring device. The judge says Zimmerman will not be released Friday.

Zimmerman apologized to Martin's parents during the hearing, saying he didn't know the 17-year-old Martin was unarmed.

Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder. He claims self-defense.

Trayvon Martin was the unfortunate author of his own demise. George Zimmerman is a sacrifice, offered on the altar of racism.

This is being played up by the Media and the Lawyers. It is being used to attack the Stand Your Ground Law by the Liberals. I wonder if any group is really in it to see justice. As this isn't England. Here we still have the right to defend ourselves, and the Liberals can not stand it. Either way you look at this case, it has nothing to do with Stand your ground. It is either murder or self defense.

As I stated before, this would be a victory for all the thugs in the world, why else would those people that live a thug lifestyle be marching? It wasn't for Martin being killed, it's about making it easier for thugs to rob people knowing the victim can't defend themselves without a possible murder charge. In the thugs mind, they need to make a living too and by a person having the right to defend themselves makes it harder for them to do their job, and that is to steal and rob from people.

WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON? We get too hyped and defensive about this unfortunate death investigation, and we forget about other serious events that could take place. Instead of arguing, and disrespecting each other over something that we can't control. How about we try and get at least prepared for what could be, the end of the world as we know it.The weather is certainly proof that something is happening. What happened to winter? Why are we seeing those northern lights so far south? In south Florida, we have had only summer and spring for the last twenty plus years. What happened to the rainy season? Why has the Yellowstone huge caldera, risen over two inches in the last decade? This case and trail will get a lot of us PUMPED! It is truly sad and unfortunate that it happened. Whatever the verdict, we all loose anyway, as well as the Martin and Zimmerman families. However, we would have to be foolish, to be told that as law abiding citizens we cannot protect our families. Don't get too caught up in the race issue, everybody knows that's a problem. I'm more concerned about why Osama Bin Laden was caught in a country that we give Billions to. With friend's like Pakistan? Who needs enemies? We my friends, are faced with HUMAN ISSUES that need to be addressed. And try and find out, WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON!

You need to read the book "Don't Sell Your Coat" written by LIBERAL author Harold Ambler. Based on scientific data but very readable and humorous at times. You owe it to yourself. Then read Michael Crichton's science-based fiction book titled "State of Fear". Then come back and talk to us.
