Mr. James Prothro and Ms. Judy Prothro of Albany, Georgia

are pleased to announce the engagement of their son,

Jason Michael Prothro to Martha Kathryn Cameron, the

daughter of Stephen and Melonia Cameron of North Augusta,

South Carolina and Raybon and Kay Wilson of Metter,

Georgia.

The wedding is planned for July 21, 2012 at 1pm located

at Grace United Methodist Church in North Augusta, South

Carolina. Mr. Prothro is the grandson of the late Mr. G. M.

Branch and Mrs. Hilda Branch of Albany, Georgia and the

late Mr. and Mrs. Francis Prothro. He received his Masters

in Plant Breeding, Genetics and Genomics from the

University of Georgia and is the Senior Research Associate

for Pioneer Hi-Bred International.

Miss Cameron is the granddaughter of Jimmy and Betty

Flanders of Swainsboro, Georgia, the late James Cameron

and Mrs. Martha Cameron of Swainsboro, Georgia and Mr.

Russell Flanders and the late Wynelle Flanders of North

Augusta, South Carolina. She received her Bachelors in

Family and Consumer Sciences Education from the University

of Georgia and is a teacher in Rockdale County.
