Actually I think Moultrie had more than Albany. But most of the killings are done by gangs and domestic. We are still statistically safe for now. But as long as you allow your children to roam the streets at all hours of the night you will have problems no matter where you live. Doublegate is not safe. If a parent who is receiving welfare, like the 13 year who was murdered, then welfare should be revoked. Do not just hand out money to parents who do not become parents. Black and white both are disgusted with the system. They have the money for tatoos, fingernails, crack and it is being done with taxpayers money.

chinaberry25, you left out the all-important cell phone. These are much nicer than the gov't issued phones. They are usually the latest smartphone, with custom ringtones, etc. I think Albany recently got the dubious distinction of being on the top ten list of most impoverished areas in America.
