ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 54 incidents Tuesday into the early hours of Wednesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Saggy pants on the 100 block of Franklin Avenue and the 300 block of Slater King Drive;
-- Drunken driving on the 100 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Burglaries on the 1700 block of Gillespie Avenue, the first block of Dobbs Drive, the 300 block of South Mock Road, the 3900 block of Gillionville Road and the 2500 block of Pheasant Drive;
-- Entering autos on the 400 block of North Cleveland Street and the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle;
-- Disorderly conduct, fights, on the 300 block of Cordele Road, the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue, the 1000 block of McKinley Street, the 2700 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 100 block of Sunset Lane;
-- Reckless conduct; a 6-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl left home alone on the 2400 block of Nottingham Way;
-- Thefts by taking on the 800 block of East Broad Avenue, the 300 block of Pine Avenue, the 1900 block of South Madison Street, the 400 block of Gaines Avenue and the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Destruction of mailboxes on the 2200 block of Greenoch Avenue and the 1800 block of Avalon Avenue;
-- Aggravated battery, a fight, on the 400 block of Cedar Avenue;
-- Robbery by force on the 1500 block of Dawson Road;
-- Assaults (domestic) on the 2400 block of Dawson Road, the 100 block of Oak Street and the 1200 block of Gordon Avenue;
-- Battery (domestic) on the 500 block of North Washington Street;
-- Criminal trespass (domestic) on the 1900 block of West Whitney Avenue;
-- Vandalism (domestic) on the 600 block of Corn Avenue;
-- Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 2500 block of Schley Avenue and the 2200 block of Wallington Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least three calls Tuesday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Burglary; a thief stole $600 worth of sneakers, $2,000 worth of clothes, two 42-inch Sanyo flat-screen televisions worth $1,600 from a residence on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;
-- A supplemental report led to charges against a juvenile for burglary and theft by taking on Saturday at the County Line Liquor Store, 4030 Moultrie Road. The investigation continues because a second juvenile could be involved.
DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 63 calls on Tuesday, including 32 medical calls, 28 trauma calls and three other calls. Medical calls included eight for chest pain, two respiratory issues, one person fainted, one diabetic issue, one seizure, two obstetrics calls, one possible stroke and 14 various medical calls. Trauma calls included 15 vehicle crash victims, a burn, seven falls, three lacerations and two fight/assaults. Other type calls are typically medical alerts or standby.
ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to 10 incidents Tuesday, including a smoking oven, a vehicle fire, a public service event, two unattended cooking, an activated alarm, a trash fire, a power line down, gas odor and an EMS assist.
