The Sabbath should be on Saturday

This is to the people that have used The Albany Herald to promote Sunday as the Lord’s day or the Sabbath day. Revelation 1:10 talks about the Lord’s day, but it doesn’t say which day it is. Mark 2:28 says the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath day, so the Sabbath day must be the Lord’s day.

In John 14:15, Jesus says if you love me, keep my commandments. The fourth of the Ten Commandments says that the seventh day (or Saturday) is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God (Exodus 20:8-11). Jesus kept the Sabbath while on Earth as man (Luke 4:16). The disciples kept the Sabbath (Acts 13:42-44). Jesus even rested on the Sabbath in the tomb.

There is no scripture in God’s word that changes the Sabbath from the seventh day to the first day. If you want to know who thinks they have the right to change God’s commandments and the Sabbath day to the first day, get a copy of the Converts Catechism of Catholic Doctrine and read page 50.
