FITZGERALD -- Joan J. Archer, 70, of Tifton, GA died Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Osceola Healthcare in Ocilla, GA. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Friday, April 27, 2012 at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Lonnie Norris officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home chapel in Fitzgerald.
