The report added that officers picked Tipton up at Holley Homes Apartments on the 900 block of Cherry Avenue near Cleveland Avenue at about 9 p.m. Tuesday. He did not resist, police said.
Tipton joins his alleged burglary partner, 45-year-old Eugene Kennon Jr., in Dougherty County Jail with no bond set, a jail spokeswoman said. Tipton is charged with burglary and parole violation. Kennon is charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools

Found him in a public housing complex. Wonder if he is, or should I say was, a resident.

I'm sure he is and will continue to be. Theft of chicken won't keep him behind bars for long and sure he'll be out in time for election.
