UPDATE: The international olympic committee has blacked out all video of Mr. Feck's dive. Sorry for the inconvenience.
When German Diver Stephan Feck took to the platform at the Olympics, he likely had no idea how badly his performance would end up.
The words "Epic Fail" seem to suit the dive, as the diver gets airborne his leg comes loose while spinning, throwing off his routine and causing him to land back-first into the pool.

The dive prompted gasps from the audience and zeros from the judges.
