Ashley Lynn Schier and Trip Jernigan

Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Jernigan Jr. are proud to announce

the forthcoming marriage of their son Tripp.

The bride-elect is Ashley Lynn Schier of Snellville, Georgia,

daughter of Donald and Mary Ellen Schier, sister of Christopher

and Michael Shier. The bride is the granddaughter of

Rita Macdonald of Loganville, Georgia.

The groom-elect is Eugene Redmon Jernigan III (Tripp) of

Albany, Georgia, son of Gene and Nona Jernigan, brother of

Andrew Jernigan all of Albany, Georgia. He is the grandson

of Sara Ann Chitty Neal and the late Mr. and Mrs. E. R.

Jernigan, David Chitty, Ted Neal, and Jean Boggs of Albany,

Georgia.

The couple will marry on St. George Island, Florida Saturday

September 15, 2012. The Rev. Bob Tyler of Atlanta,

Georgia will officiate.

Ashley graduated high school from Shiloh High School in

Snellville, Georgia. Tripp graduated high school from Sherwood

Christian Academy.

Both Tripp and Ashley are graduates of the University of

Georgia, Ashley in real estate and Tripp in food science. They

are large bulldog fans. Ashley works for American Appraisal in

Atlanta and Tripp works for Wayne Farms in Pendergrass,

Georgia. The couple will reside in Winder, Georgia.
