ALBANY -- Rev. W.C. Dozier, Sr., 89, of Smithville, GA departed this life Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced at a later date. The family of Rev. Dozier will receive friends and relatives at 780 Eagle Pond Rd. in Smithville, GA.
