THOMASVILLE — Andrew Peterson, a successful recording and songwriter, will be in Thomasville Sunday to perform at First Baptist Church, 210 N. Broad St.. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the event will begin at 6 p.m. Admission is free.
Peterson is touring to introduce his new album, “Light for the Lost Boy,” the lyrics are about childhood and the journey of walking out of innocence into experience.

His previous album, “Counting Stars,” debuted at No. 1 on iTunes and No. 6 on Billboard.
Not only is Andrew Peterson an accomplished songwriter he is also an author. He is working on his final book in the Wingfeather Saga series that will be released in early 2013.
