ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 24 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Entering auto on the 600 block of Indian Creek Drive;
-- Financial transaction card fraud on the 3400 block of Forest Ridge Drive;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard;
-- Injured person on the 1300 block of Whispering Pines Road;
-- Enticing a child on the Internet for indecent purposes on the 2300 block of Sharon Drive;
-- Burglaries on the 2000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the 2100 block of Leonard Avenue;
-- Theft by taking on the 2800 block of Palmyra Road;
-- Vandalism (domestic) on the 1300 block of Colquitt Avenue;
-- Battery (domestic) on the 800 block of 16th Avenue and the 1900 block of Stuart Avenue;
-- Aggravated assault (domestic) on the 1200 block of Avalon Avenue;
-- Assault (domestic) on the 1300 block of Hobson Street;
-- Domestic calls (unfounded) on the 600 block of West Tift Avenue, the 500 block of Park Lane and the 2900 block of Gillionville Road.
DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 48 calls Monday, including 39 medical calls and nine trauma calls. Medical and trauma calls included, but were not limited to, nine respiratory issues, five miscellaneous pain calls, four people fainted, 16 various medical calls, three falls and one vehicle crash victim.
ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to three incidents Monday, including a trash fire, a vehicle that ran over a hydrant and an activated fire alarm.
