ALBANY, Ga. -- The Albany Police Department responded to at least 65 incidents on Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:
-- Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue and on the 500 block of Rosenberg Street;
-- Assault on the 1000 block of Dunes Avenue and on the 1400 block of West Whitney Avenue;
-- Curfew violation on the 600 block of Radium Springs Road;
-- Entering auto on the 2000 block of West Oglethorpe Avenue and on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;
-- Theft by taking on the 600 block of Edgerly Avenue and on the 200 block of East Oakridge Drive;
-- Criminal trespass on the 1300 block of Mercantile Drive and on the 1700 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
-- Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Broad Avenue and on the 200 block of Roosevelt Avenue;
-- Theft by shoplifting on the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue and on the 800 block of West Highland Avenue;
-- Criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree on the 2200 block of South Jackson Street;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 2000 block of Clark Avenue;
-- Vandalism on the 400 block of Johnson Road;
-- Possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) on the 100 block of Wells Avenue;
-- Saggy pants on the 800 block of Holloway Avenue;
-- Recovered property on the 2400 block of Nottingham Way;
-- Loitering and prowling on the 2200 block of Friar Tuck Lane;
-- Burglary in the 1st degree on the 1000 block of West Whitney Avenue and on the 300 block of South Mock Road;
-- Open container on the 300 block of West Highland Avenue;
-- Simple battery on the 900 block of West Society Avenue;
-- Harassing phone calls on the 2500 block of Westgate Drive;
-- Terroristic threats and acts on the 200 block of West Oakridge Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 20 calls Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:
-- Auto accidents on the 4300 block of Leary Road and on the 3700 block of Leary Road;
-- Shoplifting on the 2400 block of Liberty Expressway.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 22 calls from Friday through Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included a grass fire too close to a structure, vehicle accidents, a downed cable line, a shed fire and EMS assistance.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Services responded to at least 49 calls on Sunday, available reports show. There were 38 medical calls and 11 trauma calls.
The medical calls included eight respiratory calls, four miscellaneous pain calls, three chest pain calls and two cardiac arrest calls. The trauma calls included, but were not limited to, four falls, three fights or assaults and one gunshot victim.
