ALBANY, Ga. -- Motorists on Tarva Road in rural Dougherty and Baker counties are being asked to keep a sharp lookout today for a large number of bicyclists who will be sharing the road with them.
The PCP Race Team from Albany is hosting the Georgia State Time Trial Championships beginning at 9 a.m. on Tarva Road. Cyclists from Georgia, Florida and Alabama are coming to Albany to compete in the state championship event, which is being sponsored by Women's Health Professionals and Cycle World.
The 30-kilometer out-and-back course begins on the north end of Tarva Road and runs south into Baker County. Cyclists will compete against the clock for the fastest times in the their respective categories. Junior courses are shorter at 10 and 20 kilometers.
In addition to categories such as women, juniors and professionals, the event includes a public category for recreational cyclists and triathletes, along with a state time trial event that will feature teams of three-five riders racing for medals.

Does they have a "Powered wheel chair" classification? I am ready for Competition and will submit to a Urination test if necessary.
