Cyclists from Georgia, Florida and Alabama are coming to Albany to compete in the state championship event, which is being sponsored by Women's Health Professionals and Cycle World.

Does they have a "Powered wheel chair" classification? I am ready for Competition and will submit to a Urination test if necessary.
