ALBANY -- Hazel Geraldine Willis, 81, of Albany, died Friday, November 30, 2012, at Willson Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 3, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, December 2, 2012, at Mathews Funeral Home.
