ALBANY, Ga. — Acting on a Terrell County burglary warrant, Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit agents arrested two men on drug and other related charges about 3 p.m. Friday, a drug unit agent said.
Ryan Williams and Timothy Nichols were in the Dougherty County Jail on Friday, charged with possession of less than an ounce marijuana, possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute and other crimes, according to the jail automated response system.
Wanted for burglary in Terrell County, 22-year-old Ryan Williams shared a room with 27-year-old Timothy Nichols at the Superior Creek Lodge on Slappey Boulevard, ADDU Maj. Bill Berry said.
Acting with deputies from the Terrell County Sheriff’s Office, drug agents went to the motel with search warrants, Berry said. They found the two men, a small bag of marijuana, 62 Trazodone pills, syringes and other drug paraphernalia, he added.
