ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least seven incidents Friday that were made available as police reports Saturday. Police responded to incidents including:

— Police arrested one man for possession of methamphetamine at about 10 p.m. Friday after responding to a call about a suspicious person walking around the Carmike Cinema parking lot. Reports stated that Garrett Justin Wood, 31, was apprehended next door at the gas station on the 2700 block of Nottingham Way and taken to Dougherty County Jail.

The report added that Wood had methamphetamine folded in dollar bills in his pocket. More meth was found in his truck along with scales and more cash. The case remains under investigation.

DOUGHERTY POLICE:

Dougherty County police responded to at least 22 calls, according to available police reports.

Police responded to incidents including:

— Drunken driving on the 1700 block of Moultrie Road:

— Public drunkenness on the 900 block of Parrish Lane;

— Vehicle crash on GA 91 at Wildfair Road, and the 900 block of Cordele Road;

— Traffic arrest, no drivers license on the 600 block of Holly Drive;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 600 block of Cordele Road.
