FOUNTAIN HILL, PA -- Yevonne Mann Wetherhold, 64, of Bethlehem, PA, formerly of Georgia, died December 4th at St. Luke's VNA Hospice House after a long battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of George Wetherhold for the last seven years.
Mrs. Wetherhold was born on September 25, 1948 in Warwick, Georgia, daughter of the late Jimmie and Elsie Mann who were lifetime residents of Warwick, GA. She graduated from Crisp Co. High School in 1966 and continued her education in a Nursing College in Albany, GA where she graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1973. She was employed by Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in the Operating Room for many years until retiring.
In addition to her husband George of Bethlehem where they made their home, she is survived by their daughter, Jeannie Larkin and two grandsons, Wesley and Chandler Larkin all of Leesburg, GA; one brother, Dale Mann of Barnesville, GA.
Her burial services will be private at the convenience of the family. Mrs. Wetherhold's services have been entrusted to Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill.
