ALBANY POLICE: Albany police responded to at least 37 incidents Wednesday into the early hours of Thursday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Drunken driving on the 2400 block of Cardinal Street;
— Carrying a pistol without a license on the 100 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Thefts by taking on the 1000 block of Oakridge Drive, the 900 block of Leisure Court, the 500 block of Divine Drive, the 2800 block of Palmyra Road and the 500 block of Landings Lane;
— Burglaries on the 2500 block of Brierwood Drive and the 800 block of North Jackson Street;
— Truancy on the 600 block of Cherry Avenue;
— Battery on the 700 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
— Deceased person on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Criminal trespass (domestic) on the 1800 block of Greenvale Avenue;
— Assaults (domestic) on the 200 block of Central Street, the 1000 block of East Roosevelt Avenue, the 1800 block of Fulton Avenue and the 600 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Domestic calls (unfounded) on the 2000 block of North Skyline Drive and the 800 block of Cameo Lane.
DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 63 calls on Wednesday, including 48 medical calls and 14 trauma calls. Medical and trauma calls included, but were not limited to, eight miscellaneous pain calls, five respiratory issues, four chest pain calls, three altered mental status, three seizures, 19 various medical calls, five falls and four vehicle crash victims.
