Driver turns self in after crash
Justin Korona, 23, was cited by a Georgia State Patrol trooper Tuesday after he rolled a 2003 Toyota Tacoma on Whispering Pines Road at 8:30 p.m. Monday. Korona ran from the crash and turned himself in Tuesday morning, a trooper said.
