After turning 34 in jail Monday, Rolando Dupree Frazier also had his trial on aggravated assault on a police officer, possession of a firearm by a felon and gang charges postponed until January due to scheduling conflicts, said a Dougherty County Superior Court official.
Frazier remains in Dougherty County Jail with six other suspects charged with similar crimes, said Chief Assistant District Attorney Matt Breedon.
