ALBANY -- Albany Technical College will hold its Fall Commencement ceremony at 7 p.m. today at the Albany Civic Center. Preceding the ceremony, a reception will be held 5 p.m.-6:45 p.m. in the meeting room at the Civic Center.
More than 130 students will be eligible to receive associate degrees, more than 650 diplomas and more than 750 technical certificates of credit. In addition, more than 120 students will be eligible to receive GEDs.
Several of these students will also be recognized in the program for outstanding achievements and contributions in club organizations, student organizations and academic excellence, which includes President's List, scholarships, and other affiliations.
The speaker for the evening ceremony will be Michael T. Madden, executive deputy for the Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany.
