The Albany Police Department issued a wanted request to Albany and the surrounding community on 23-year-old Antione Robert Smith. Smith is wanted on aggravated assault and probation violation warrants, the request stated.
Robbery/Homicide detail investigators want to question Smith about a Dec. 7 aggravated assault on 22-year-old Scott Grant on the 900 block of West Highland Avenue.
Smith was described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 188 pounds and having a last known address of 1558 Georgia Ave. Anyone with additional information should call investigations at (229) 431-3288 or Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS (8477).
