ALBANY -- Johnnie Ruth Lowe, 76, of Albany, died Thursday, December 13, 2012, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December17, 2012, at Weldon Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Floral Memory Gardens.
